  When you call the phone numbers listed for this office and a voicemail comes on they Don't even say the hours just like this website Doesn't! That's Ridiculous! Update this website whoever is responsible! And yes the Hispanic lady is Rude as heck! Get over yourself and be polite and don't be rude just because you Obviously Dont like your job and or the people that come in there! Peace out!

  Very rude people at the front desk. They act like they only want to help the Spanish. Something definitely needs to be done.

  I am the mom of a severely disabled child. I thought I was being ignored and mistreated because I did not speak Spanish. My child's benefits were dropped as well because you can not speak to a human and the front desk people do not care. After seeing the reviews, at least I know I am not alone. People that come in your office need help and have no where else to go. I have been a tax payer for 31 years. Both of my parents are veterans. Any people who step in your office should be treated kindly and with service-oriented mentalities.
