- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I guess you should never call after 7pm and inquire about items that were shown as out for delivery at 11am and note that they haven't been received...after the initial terse unprofessional response from whomever answered the phone, you'll get the standard company line about "mail volume" and "90% of the drivers are still out" and lastly "it will all be delivered yet tonight"....on the upside, someone actually answered the phone after 7pm, maybe next time they can let me know upfront that we will be playing the sarcasm game so I can properly contribute on the call instead of just saying thank you. ##Update: delivery at 9:22pm...if there were 1/2 stars and bump this up to 1.5 stars##By Brent Yarger, June 21, 2017
